These Terms of Service are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between PINPINO (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of the crochet pattern editor service pinpinchart (hereinafter "Service").

Article 1 (Purpose)
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Service: Online services provided by the Company, including crochet pattern creation, editing, storage, and sharing
- User: Members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms
- Member: A user who has registered and holds an account for the Service
- Content: All materials such as patterns, images, and text created or uploaded by users through the Service
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users.
2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws, and amended Terms shall take effect 7 days after notice.
3. Users who do not agree with the amended Terms may discontinue using the Service and withdraw their membership.
Article 4 (Provision of Service)
The Company provides the following services:
- Crochet pattern creation and editing tools
- Pattern storage and management features
- Template provision
- Pattern sharing and gallery features
- Other services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
1. Users may apply for membership by filling in member information in the format determined by the Company and expressing their agreement to these Terms.
2. The Company supports easy registration through social login (Kakao, Naver, Google).
3. The Company may refuse approval or terminate the service agreement afterwards for applications falling under any of the following:
- Using another person's identity
- Providing false information
- Other cases that interfere with Service operation
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Stealing others' information or registering false information
- Unauthorized modification or deletion of information within the Service
- Using the Service in ways not permitted by the Company
- Infringing on others' copyrights, portrait rights, or other rights
- Posting obscene, violent, or discriminatory content
- Interfering with stable operation of the Service
- Other illegal or improper activities
Article 7 (Copyright of Content)
The copyright of patterns created by users through the Service belongs to those users.
1. Copyrights for templates, symbols, UI, etc. provided by the Company belong to the Company.
2. Copyright for content uploaded by users to the Service belongs to the users themselves, and the Company may use such content within the scope necessary to provide the Service.
3. When a user sets a pattern as "public," other users may view and copy that pattern.
Article 8 (Paid Services)
1. The Company may provide some services for a fee, and the usage fees and payment methods for paid services will be posted on the relevant service screen.
2. Refunds after payment for paid services are subject to applicable laws and the Company's refund policy.
3. For subscription services, automatic renewal may occur if not cancelled before the renewal date.
Article 9 (Restriction of Service Use)
The Company may restrict service use or terminate the service agreement without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or service facility failures.
2. The Company is not liable for service use disruptions caused by users' own fault.
3. The Company is not liable for damages arising from information or materials obtained through the Service.
4. The Company does not intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties, and has no liability to compensate for damages arising therefrom.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
1. In case of disputes related to these Terms, the Company and users shall negotiate in good faith for amicable resolution.
2. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction under applicable laws.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms of Service shall take effect from January 15, 2025.
